You are either Alive, or Not. After spending time looking at situations that promote survival of larval fishes - and other sea critters - to reproductive stages, it became clear to me that - There are a lot of networked processes, numerous independent critical threshold conditions, that are also each binary (On/Off) that must all be ON!... - at some minimum threshold - frequently enough to sustain these critters. Any one of these circuit conditions might not get met, or any of many direct connections - or any one of many feedbacks can break This leaves only one rather stark option... OFF!!!!!!!
